Super tool Brendan. You use easy to understand language (no jargon) and demonstrate how to use it and apply it. I work with young people and would like to incorporate using this tool with them. You mentioned there are questions, but really, do you need them? It could be used as a way to reflect upon each area, couldn't it to make it less academic / test? (Thinking a loud here)

I ran my first marathon a couple of years ago at age 55. As a child I used to watch marathons on TV all the time and always wanted to run one. I've done half marathons and shorter up to this point, but this was one of those bucket list things I just had to do. I too hit the wall at around the same spot you did (19.5 Miles / 31 K). I ended up walking the next few miles. I completed running, but have since felt like I didn't really accomplish my dream. In 2020 I plan on giving it another shot. This time I hope to not run as fast at the beginning of the race, as I just know this was my undoing. Great video and very inspiring.

You will notice that my axis are different. To me, it makes much more sense to have the "known axis" at the outer corners and "unknown" at inner corners. We want to progress to the top right which makes much more sense to me the way that I have drawn it up.

Hi Brendan. With little bit of training in " Global Accent" you would sound so much better to native and non native speakers alike. There are techniques that you can use to sound better to capture the attention of your audience. I am certified and train individuals to speak in a Global Accent. Keep that great smile and facial expression on. Its very pleasing and puts your audience at ease. But I feel if you work little bit on your articulation, word stress and intonation you would sound really great. All the best.
